For any pet staying a minimum of two (2) nights,
to ensure that your fur baby goes home feeling, looking and smelling good, a mandatory Exit Bath is required.

 

Reservation/Cancellation Policy:
Reservation are Required for all Pet Stays.
Copy of Current and Up-To-Date Vaccinations are required.
Dogs: Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella (for kennel cough).
Cats: Rabies.

A Major Credit Card is required to Guarantee The Reservation.
(American Express, Master Card, VISA or Discover Card)

Note: After your check-in is completed, later that day your credit card will be eliminated from our system. Therefore, when you check-in, you may either give us the same Card OR any  Master Card/VISA- debit or Credit card, Discover Card, American Express, or CASH!

If you cancel within three (3) days before the day of scheduled arrival, there will be only a one (1) night fee charged to the Credit Card that was utilized to guarantee the reservation.

VIP Pick-Up and Delivery Service Available for Hotels and Homes

Please be advised that immunizations are required for a stay. Please email them in advance to us at acpethotel@aol.com and have a copy with you when you drop your pet off.
